    also reserves the right to change, delete, move or add products

    without advance notice on this site.

* Sales Tax

   Jolene's fashions has one retail store in California

   and as a result, we are required by law to charge sales tax which is 7.75%.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders are shipped standard ground, unless otherwise requested by you.  Please make requests for express shipping via email to jolenecarter2@verizon.net.

If you request express shipping, your order will have to be

packed and weighed before a shipping cost is determined.

Confirming your order

If you have provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive an email that confirms your order.

DOES YOUR ORDER APPEAR LATE?

When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please consider the following:

* Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.

* Overnight Orders placed after 3 pm will not be processed until

* Any order placed after 4pm M-F will not be processed until the

* Delivery occurs only on business days (Monday through Friday

excluding holidays).

* Overnight Delivery is not available on Saturday and Sunday.

Returns are never a problem.
